A Finished Quilt

With one day to spare for the month of January, I'm finally done with my "Birdie Stitches" quilt. 

I ventured into a little more FMQing on this one doing a loopy meander in the squares that surround each embroidery block as well as the border.  I had some tension issues and changed it a couple of times.  I also changed my needle to a bigger size.  By the time I was getting to the end I think I figured it out.  I feel I'm getting better and might even try something other than a loop next time :)

I love how they all look together!  I am up to 25 so far which is enough for a baby quilt but I want it bigger.  I think I will keep going :)
